With the CPAT event management mobile application, technicians can take the opportunity of a visit to the customer’s premises to check for leakage in the viscinity.

The application enables the tech to create a list of events to repair according to:

• event proximity;
• leakage intensity; and
• detection date.

Once the repair is done, the technician can update the event status from the application.
